About my trainings
The training lift you 2 levels up and there is a real reason for this: many managers think intelligent thoughts but hardly feel intelligent feelings. However intelligent feelings are the result of unconscious, associative calculations and information processing. If these are trained and cultivated, managers generally reach a higher level of overall performance.
My service consists of a workbook and an online course. The workbook contain the theoretical background, methods and examples that are explained and practiced in the online course. The training level is tracked against the desired outcome of a session which guarantees the participant ́s improvement! Finally each participant receives a certificate of participation.
